What are the steps to become a member and add my donation details?
Step 1 – Go to the 'Become a member' menu option and select your Membership Plan
Step 2 – Complete the ‘Register’ page
Step 3 – Pay for your membership
Step 4 – You will receive an email from Donor Connections. Select the link in the email to confirm your email address.
Step 5 – Log-in to Donor Connections with your new username and password.
Step 6 – From your ‘Members Home' page, select the link to Add Donation Listing in the right hand menu, select the icon that best describes you and complete the information under each tab.
Can I put my donation details on the site without becoming a member?
Unfortunately website users must become members and agree to the Terms and Conditions on the site before they can list their donation details. Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions protects both Donor Connections and its members. Site users who are not members can view the limited public information available only.
My clinic is not listed. Can I add the details?
You can send us details of a clinic that is not listed or corrections for a clinic that is already listed by selecting the "Add/edit a clinic" button on the Browse by clinic page or via the Add donation details link.  This email will be sent to our site administrators so the clinic can be added to the system. You will then receive an email from Donor Connections informing you that the clinic is ready to be selected as part of your Donation Listing details.
Can I add a link/graphic for your site to my website or blog?
We welcome the opportunity for cross-promotion from like websites.  We have a variety of code for graphic links available that can easily be attached to your home page or blog to assist your customers/members to find their genetic relatives. Please email us via the contact page.
